Email Whitelabel
Customize the ICANN emails your customers receive with your own branding and links.
Tips / Best Practices
- Set the domain registrant contact to your end users so they receive branded emails directly.
- Use the API for contact changes to avoid unbranded name.com emails being sent to registrants (not the Vercel name.com account UI).
- "Save & Publish" applies your changes to production emails sent to end users. If you leave the page without publishing, all changes will be lost.
- Use "Reset to default" to revert all branding back to the standard name.com emails. You still need to publish after resetting for the change to take effect.
